A chartered surveyor with over 14 years' experience in residential development, Andrew Omand founded Chiltern Land with the specific aim of helping address the housing crisis through high quality developments that leave a lasting positive legacy.
Having held senior land roles at Barratt Developments, Crest Nicholson and Millgate Homes, the latter at Main Board Director level, Andrew has the understanding of what makes a high quality scheme that works for landowners, developers and local residents alike.
Having secured and delivered over £700m of gross development value and over 1300 dwellings, from small redevelopments through to large complex regeneration schemes, Andrew has the expertise needed to ensure a high quality development can be delivered.
